Conclusion- Derek Zyski

Like most of the others have said, this has been my favorite class of the semester as well; if not my favorite that I’ve taken throughout my time in college.  Coming to class didn’t feel like a chore like most classes that I have taken; mainly because the discussions usually lead to some good points or good one liner jokes.  It was a nice change of pace to be in a class that actually had discussion and wasn’t just a bunch of students biting their tongues because they were afraid of speaking up.  Discussion also led to learning something new about the subject that we would be talking about on that given day that the article or the slides may not have included.  With all of us in the class being from different areas of the country, it gave a more wide variety of views on different topics and was cool to hear.

The blogging aspect of the class was also something that was enjoyable.  It’s something that I have never had to do for any other class and is a good tool to let people voice their opinions on a topic that may not have got enough coverage during class time.  Even if someone didn’t write a blog post each week, it was still good to be able to voice an opinion via comments.

As far as favorite part of the class; I can’t pick just one article or topic, so I will just say that the atmosphere in the class room is the best part.  We all seem to have a good time, and as I said earlier in the blog we can crack jokes and enjoy ourselves. (Holley Mangold would be one case, Thanks for that Josiah)

So after all of that; it has been a good time, and I have honestly enjoyed class with all of you.
